• 6 eggs , separated
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1/2teaspoon each cinnamon,cloves,nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar


Beat eggs yolks until stiff; add spices and sugar until beater can bearily turn. Ina seoarate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff: fold into the yolk mixture. Store in freezer.

Put generous tablespoons in a cup. Add jigger of blended rums; hot water, coffee or milk. Sprinkle with nutmeg
