• Ground Beef (1.5 lb)
  • Enchilada Sauce (2 cans)
  • Nacho Cheese Soup(2 cans)
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 lb)
  • Green Chilies (1 can)
  • Flour Tortillas or corn chips (1 pkg)
  • (Receipe usually serves about 8)


Brown Ground Beef in large pan; add enchilada sauce and nacho cheese soup and chilies. . bring to a boil.

In large casserole dish layer, tortillas or chips, beef sauce and shredded cheese, repeat until dish is full, ending with shreeded cheese (receipe makes two pans full)

Bake at 350 until shredded cheese is melted, scoop and serve!

Probably don't want to know. . but could be reduced by using low/no fat products or turkey or chicken
