Ingredients
- Yams (or Sweet Potatoes)butter - brown sugar
Directions
Boiled or canned yams - as many as needed for your family. Put these in a skillet with some of the juice they were cooked in. Add a generous amount of butter and brown sugar, simmer slowly until liquid is almost cooked away. Turn potatoes every once in awhile to glaze each side. These are very easy to fix, but very good. You can also put them in the oven without a lid and cook until well glazed
