Ingredients
- 3/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel white corn
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, drained
- Toppings:
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sliced green onion
Directions
Brown meat in large saucepan; drain. Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer uncovered, 10 minutes; top with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions, if desired.
