Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy
  • 1 1/2 cups rice or wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh lemon grass
  • 1 small hot chilli chopped (remove seeds)
  • 1 large shallot, chopped

Directions

Rub 2 lbs ribs with black pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator
