Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 10-oz pkg. frozen corn
  • Mashed potatoes
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 4 tbls. flour
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Boil potatoes. Meanwhile brown ground beef. Drain grease.

Stir in flour and onion soup mix. Stir in water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir until thickens. Spoon into a ungreased casserole dish. Partially cook corn. Layer on top of hamburg mixture. Drain and mash potatoes with a little milk and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon onto corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
