Directions:
Carefully wash and remove stems from blueberries. Pour into 3-quart pot with water and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer berries for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Press through a fine sieve to remove blueberry skin or use as is. Squeeze juice from half a lemon and add to blueberry syrup. Cool. Store in a glass jar in refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.
