Ingredients

  • Anchovy Paste 13 oz
  • Lemon Juice 3 cups
  • Prepared Mustard 3/4 cups
  • Chopped Garlic 1 1/2 cups
  • Salt 2 Tbs
  • White Pepper 1 Tbs
  • Fresh Chopped fine Prsley 3 cups
  • Fresh Chopped fine Chives 4 cups
  • Fine Chopped Carrots 1 cup
  • Mayonaise 3 gals
  • Sour Cream 3 gals

Directions

With A bur mixer blend all the igredeents except the mayonaise and sour cream. add Mayonaise and sour cream and blend for 10 minuts
