Ingredients:

1 pound Jimmy Dean Sage Flavor Sausage
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 cup peeled and chopped apples
1 (16 ounce) package Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix (the crumbly kind, not cubes)
2 1/2 cups warmed chicken broth or turkey broth from cooking the giblets

Directions:

Cook the sausage along with the margarine, onions, celery and apple, breaking the sausage up as it cooks. Don't drain.In large bowl, toss sausage mixture with the dry stuffing mix until well combined. Pour broth over and again toss until evenly moistened. Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spoon the dressing in, don't pack down. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If you prefer to use this to stuff a turkey, for safety, chill the mixture first before stuffing. It will stuff about a 16 pound turkey.
