Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not the natural kind)
  • 1/2 cup softened margarine
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons grated paraffin

Directions

Blend peanut butter, margarine, powdered sugar, nuts, and vanilla until smooth. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheets and chill well.
Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate; place on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Let stand at room temperature until firm, then chill in refrigerator. Store in refrigerator for best flavor and texture.
