Ingredients:

  • 5 lb. bag of wings
  • 1 Bottle Franks Hot Sauce
  • Butter
  • Celery and Carrots cut up in slices
  • Blue Cheese (Maries)
  • 1 large clean plastic mayo jar
  • Salt
  • 1 TV with hockey game in progress
  • 1 roll of toilet paper

Directions:
*Plug in the deep fryer and let sit until wet fork will sizzle when inserted into the oil.

*Dry off thawed wings with a towel

*Place all 15 wings in oil and let cook until they begin to float to the surface...then let them cook for at least 2 minutes longer.

*In a large empty used plastic mayo jar...place one tblsp of butter and shake Franks Hot Sauce until entire bottom of jar is coated. Shake about 1 tsp of salt over the sauce.

*Remove wings from fryer and place inside plastic jar, cover and shake vigirously...empty into a large bowl.

*Use Bleu Cheese for dipping the wings as you eat...same with celery and carrots.

*Turn on hockey game after you put the roll of toilet paper in the freezer for tomorrow morning's use. (they're hot wings gang)

You're gonna need the toilet paper nice and cold for the morning after folks.
