Olive Salad for Mufaletta Recipe

  Cajun Salad

Ingredients:

  • 32 oz jar of salad olives (pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions (chopped)
  • 4 large cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
With a wooden spoon, mix all ingredients and store in a sealed jar ("Mason type") for two days unrefrigerated.
