Fry hot wings in oil until done. Meanwhile warm butter, hot sauce, italian dressing mix, and garlic in a saucepan. When the wings are cooked, put them on a cookie sheet and spread them out . Pour the sauce over the wings and bake in the oven for 15 min. Serve with celery and ranch dressing. These are pretty spicey but delicious.
