Ingredients:

Chicken wings, cut
Tabasco sauce
Butter

Directions:

I do it a couple ways....one way......put the wings in a baking dish, mix about a stick of butter with a lot of Tabasco sauce, pour over and bake. Another....in an electric skillet, brown the wings, pour the butter and sauce over and cover. Cook until done.

I guess the amount of sauce depends on how hot you like them. I think it tells (it used to anyway) on the bottle of Tabasco Sauce how to do it.
