- liquid smoke
Directions
Rub the ribs with salt pepper garlic and bbq soice if wanted. fill a roasting pan part way with water and add a small amount of liquid smoke place the rack of ribs cover and cook in a hot oven for 45 to 60 minutes until the ribs are very tender. for and an authentic look finsh on top of a char broiler or bbq
