1/4 cup orange juice

Directions:
Prepare apple-nut stuffing by mixing all ingredients. Cut a deep pocket in each pork chop on meatiest side of bone. Press about 1/3 cup stuffing into each pocket. Secure with toothpicks. Mix margarine, orange juice and nutmeg. Cover and grill pork chopss 4 - 5 inches from medium-low coals about 40 - 45 minutes, brushing occasionally with orange juice mixture and turning 3 to 4 times, until pork is no longer pink in center. Remove toothpicks.

4 servings
I think I would use metal skewers, like the ones to truss a turkey, instead of toothpicks to hold these closed. I think the toothpicks might burn.
