These cookies are awesome,they are moist thanks to the oil, but have a slight crisp thanks to the corn flakes.they always disappear fast in my home. Good luck!
Ingredients
- 1 c. marg
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Mix all these ingredients together,with
- electric mixer is fine.
- add,
- 3 1/2 c.flour alternating
- 1 c. veg oil
- 3 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. choc chips
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions
mix first set of ingredients together with electric mixer until smooth,I always use extra large eggs. For the crushed
corn flakes I usually use frosted flakes and it is one cup crushed flakes,not one cup flakes and then crush them.
these cookies do not call for greased and floured cookie sheets,however I usually spray my sheets with pam. Preheat oven to 350-375 you should know if you have a hot oven or not, and bake for 12-15 mins.
