• 1/2c coconut milk
  • 1/2 c lime juice
  • 3 T minced ginger
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 5 T fresh mint
  • 3 T cilantro
  • 2 jalepenos (minced)


Whisk coconut milk and lime juice into oil, add other ingr. whisk again.

Toss with chicken and or other ingr. Great served over noodles or capellini and then chicken on top.garnish with cucumber and sesame seeds
