Ingredients:

0.25 cup cold water
4 eggwhites, beaten
0.6 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbs cake flour
2 oz. chocolate,melted
3 cups coconut

Directions:

Add cold water to eggwhites & beat until stiff but not dry.Add sugar & vanilla & continue beating.Sprinkle salt & flour over eggwhites & blend carefully.Fold in melted chocolate & coconut.Drop by tsps onto smooth brown-paper covered cookie sheet.Bake in slow oven(325 F) 30 mins.Makes 42 cookies.
