Ingredients:

1 pkg. (6 oz.) instant chicken-flavored stuffing mix
1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained & cartilage removed (or 1 c. imitation crabmeat)
1 can (6 oz.) small shrimp, rinsed & drained (or 1 c. frozen small cooked shrimp)
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Gently sstir in crab, shrimp & lemon juice. Serve immediately. Makes 4-6 servings.
