Ingredients:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. finely chopped unpared cucumbers
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add vinegar and chill until partly set. Combine onion, cucumber and salt. Mix well, drain off liquid. Beat gelatin until fluffy. Fold in cucumber mixture, mayonnaise and pecans. Turn in individual or one large mold. Chill until firm.
