Dry Rub for Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp. celery salt
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. cumin
  • 2 tbsp. packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 tbsp. ground oregano
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 2 tsp. sage or rosemary, crumbled
  • 2 bay leaves, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Store in jar with tight-fitting lid. Makes enough for 3 to 4 slabs of ribs.



Don't know that this is the recipe used by "rondevous", but it sure is good!
