Ingredients
- 15 oz. can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. key lime juice
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 4 tbsp. sugar
Directions
Blend milk, lime juice, salt and egg yolks. Beat until smooth. Pour into cool pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff and then add cream of tartar. Blend in sugar. Put in 425 degree oven for 4 minutes.
