Ingredients:

8 oz. Seitan wheat meat
1 jar sweet peas, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 pkg. whole wheat noodles

Directions:

Bring 4 cups of water to boil; add noodles. Set aside from heat; let set for 20 minutes. Rinse and drain. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
