This is so good and so easy I don't know why I don't make it more often.


  • Shredded or cut up cabbage
  • butter
  • cream cheese


Wash and cut up or shred cabbage. Place wet in covered casserole and zap in microwave for 5 minutes.
Drain. Stir in a tablespoon or so of butter and then add cubed cream cheese. Cover and let the head of the cabbage melt the cream cheese. Then, when it is softened, stir and mix everthing together. Add a dash of dill or parsley.

A little caloric! But very good.
