No exactly what you wanted but close.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 3 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ox. pasta (your choice)
  • 1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan. Add mushrooms & saute for 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper & paprika. Blend tomato paste & cream together, then add to mushrooms. Simmer mushrooms while pasta is cooking. Cook the pasta as directed, drain. Place pasta in heated serving dish. Add mushroom mixture & toss well. Sprinkle with parsley & serve with cheese.
