Ingredients
- TABOULI
 - 1 Cup Bulgur wheat
 - 1 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
 - Mixe in a Bowl and cover for 15 Minutes.
 - Mix all the folowing ingredients (all finely cut:)
 - 1 11/2 cup Parsil (finely cut)
 - 3 Tomatoes
 - 1 piece Celery 6" long +/-
 - 1/2 Onions (Medium divided in 2)
 - 3 green pepper
 - 1/2 cup lemon juice
 - 1/3 Cup olive oil or canola
 - Basil and salt to taste.
 - Optional:
 - 1/2 cup Fresh mint finely cut
 - I think that it is an excdellent recipe. R.B.
 
Directions
Mixed all ingredients and cool
