Ingredients

  • TABOULI
  • 1 Cup Bulgur wheat
  • 1 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
  • Mixe in a Bowl and cover for 15 Minutes.
  • Mix all the folowing ingredients (all finely cut:)
  • 1 11/2 cup Parsil (finely cut)
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Celery 6" long +/-
  • 1/2 Onions (Medium divided in 2)
  • 3 green pepper
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil or canola
  • Basil and salt to taste.
  • Optional:
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mint finely cut
  • I think that it is an excdellent recipe. R.B.

Directions

Mixed all ingredients and cool
