Currired Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. grated cabbage
  • 1 c. grated carrot
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. cutty powder
  • 1 tsp. celery seeds

Directions:
Combine cabbage, carrot & pineapple; set aside. Combine mayonnaise & remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover & chill. 4 servings.



This should have the taste you want. If you don't like curry just leave it out.
