Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. rum
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 med. clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Mix together and marinate meat for at least several hours, the longer the better.
