STEAK OR KABOB MARINADE Recipe

1/2 c. rum
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. ginger
1 med. clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together and marinate meat for at least several hours, the longer the better.
