TOMATO SOUP Recipe

  Soup

    




Ingredients:
2 gal. chopped ripe tomatoes
2 c. chopped celery
3 c. chopped onions
14 bay leaves
14 whole cloves
1/2 c. sugar
6 tsp. salt

Directions:
Cook the tomatoes, celery, onions, bay leaves and cloves. Put through a sieve while it's still hot. Add sugar and salt. Boil for 5 minutes and can in sterilized jars or cool and freeze.
