Ingredients:

1 1/4 C all-purpose flour
1 T baking powder
1 T sugar
1/2 t slat
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
2 T salad oil

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients together. Combine milk, egg & oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. (Batter will still be lumpy). Bake on a hot griddle.

Makes about 10 4-5" pancakes

These bake up really fluffy, & are better than any I've ever had. You can add an additional 2 Tablespoons of milk to the recipe if you want thinner panckes
