STEAMED APPLE PUDDING Recipe

1 1/2 c. sliced apples
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased and sugared mold or bowl. Place this bowl into a pan half filled with hot water. Steam approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with cream or lemon sauce.
