Directions:
Cream butter, add eggs and beat, add dry ingredients and fruit. Grease 2 quart mold and steam for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with sauce. SAUCE: Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add 1 cup confectioner's sugar. Fold in 1 stiffly beaten egg white. Add 1 cup fruit or jam.
