This makes alot of sauce so I usually use a wide noodle or I've even done a lasagna, adding mozzarella and parmesan cheese as one of the layers.
- 2# cleaned, deveined and cooked shrimp
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C Picante sauce
- (1) 15 oz. can quartered artichoke hearts
- (1) 4 oz. can sliced black olives
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- Your choice of pasta
Cook shrimp until they turn pink, set aside and make sauce.
Drain artichoke hearts and olives. Stir together the soup and Picante sauce. In an oven proof dish arrange shrimp on the bottom layer, cover with artichokes and olives, pour soup/Picante mixture over all.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until bubbly
While baking, prepare the pasta.
