Ingredients:

Make a tart shell with lemon peel and maybe a few ground nuts. Bake and cool. Mix some cream cheese with sour cream or yogurt to thin it into a smooth paste. Put about 1/2 inch in the bottom of pan. Cut mango's into 1/2 inch cubes and sprinkle with a table spoon of sugar. Try to get some juice going. Heap on the cream cheese. Put in refer and serve cold. Add whipped cream if you like or better yet raseberries which are sorta juicy. Very refreshing and cool.
