CANTALOUPE AND BLUEBERRY SOUP Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lg. cantaloupe, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg or to taste
  • 1 tbsp. honey or to taste
  • 3 tbsp. sour cream
  • Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. blueberries

Directions:
Place melon in food processor, blend until smooth. Add nutmeg, honey, sour cream, and lemon to melon. Chill. Blend blueberries until smooth. Serve soup with spoonful of blueberries on top.
