Ingredients:

  • 5 cantaloupes, peeled & seeded
  • 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. brandy or Cassis

Directions:
Blend cantaloupe and apple juice together in blender or processor. Strain into a container. Add cream and brandy or Cassis. Chill before serving.

Serves 10-12.
