Ingredients:

1 med. size cantaloupe, peeled and cut up
1 pt. half and half
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash orange juice
Dash champagne
Sour cream

Directions:

Blend cantaloupe, half and half, honey, and cinnamon in blender. Orange juice and/or champagne may be added for zest. Serve chilled with a dollop of sour cream in each bowl.
