Ingredients:

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, frozen
1 stick pepperoni (remove skin, slice & quarter)
10 jumbo eggs or 12 lg. eggs (I've used just 10 lg)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. flavored bread crumbs

Directions:

Cook spinach according to directions. Drain. Beat eggs and add to spinach. mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9"x13" lightly greased pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
