Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups diced rhubarb
  • Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cover with topping:
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine

Directions:
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes
