Ingredients:

  • 3 C bread cubes
  • 1/2 C fat, melted
  • 1 C chopped apples
  • 1/2 C chopped cooked prunes (Don't say ""yuk"" until you've tried this)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 C chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbls lemon juice

Directions:
Mix all ingredients lightly. Will fill a 4-5 lb goose.
