WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. sifted cocoa
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Beat cream, sugar, cocoa and coffee together until thick. Fold in vanilla and nuts. Excellent on angel food cake. Chill until served.
