Tangy Sugar Snap Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. beef or chicken, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 bag (1 lb.) Birds Eye Farm Fresh Sugar Snap Stir Fry
  • 1/2 cup prepared sweet and sour sauce (or to taste)

Directions:
Stir-fry meat in hot oil until cooked through. Add water and Sugar Snap Stir-Fry.

Cover and cook 5-7 minutes on medium-high heat.

Uncover. Add sweet and sour sauce. Heat through.

Makes 3-4 servings.


Serve over rice. Make homemade sweet and sour sauce instead of prepared.
