- 1 1/2 C picante sauce (any flavor you want)
- 3 T packed light brown sugar
- 1 T dijon type mustard
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast or 1 lb of chicken parts
- 3 C hot cooked rice
Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Place chicken in a 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Pour picante sauce over chicken.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with rice
