• 1 1/2 C picante sauce (any flavor you want)
  • 3 T packed light brown sugar
  • 1 T dijon type mustard
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast or 1 lb of chicken parts
  • 3 C hot cooked rice


Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Place chicken in a 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Pour picante sauce over chicken.

Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Serve with rice
