Ingredients

  • 10 potatoes
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/4 lb. oleo
  • Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • Bread crumbs

Directions

Boil potatoes for about 45 minutes. While cooking, melt butter and oleo in a saucepan (large). Add flour on low heat, stir until smooth, slowly add milk. Still stirring, cut up Velveeta cheese and stir into sauce. Keep adding rest of milk while stirring. Add salt, pepper and touch of garlic powder. Slice potatoes and place in glass casserole, pour cheese sauce over. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
