Cinnamon Nut Swirl Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package sour cream white cake mix
  • **********
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • ************
  • Glaze:
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk.

Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt pan. Prepare cake mix as directed, using egg whites. Pour half the batter into the pan. Mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle half of the mixture over batter in pan. Pour remaining batter into pan; sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Invert onto wire rack or heatproof serving plate. Remove pan; cool cake completely.

Mix glaze ingredients until smooth. If necessary, stir in a few extra drops of milk until thin enough to drizzle over cake. Garnish with more chopped nuts, if desired.
