Ingredients

  • 1 lb. peeled shrimp or an assortment of seafood avaliable
  • 1/2 lb. linguine
  • 2 cloves pressed garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • coarsley ground pepper
  • parmesean cheese

Directions

Clean and dry shrimp on paper towels. In a skillet, add butter and oil,garlic, salt, oregano, and basil. When hot, add shrimp and saute' until shrimp barely becomes opaque. Meanwhile, cook linguine al dente. Drain. Add parsley to sauce. Serve over linguine; sprinkle with pepper and parmesean cheese.


Serves 2.

Shrimp Linguine
