Directions:
In a blender of food processor, combine avocados, salt, milk and lime juice; process to a smooth puree. Heat broth in saucepan. Pour puree into a warmed bowl or tureen; slowly add hot broth. Stir in sherry. This is a quick and easy version of an avocado soup that was shown on camera for the California Avocado Board. Use a double boiler for heating or the soup will curdle. It can be served warm or chilled
