Ingredients:

1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
4 slices bacon, diced
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of paprika

Directions:

Place spinach in a large salad bowl, and set aside.
Cook bacon in a medium skillet until crisp. Add onion & mushrooms; saute until tender. Stir in next 5 ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over spinach, and toss lightly. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
