Ingredients:

  • 1 lg. can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 3 tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 sm. garlic, minced

Directions:
After draining beans, pour remaining ingredients over them. Can also be added to toss salads.
